Meeting Space Rental

Mountain Regional Water has meeting spaces available to the public to reserve. 

These spaces are available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 8 AM through 8 PM.   

Access to both spaces is from the main entrance and lobby.   

There are two restrooms in the lobby and a drinking fountain as well.

Small Conference Room

Our small conference room has seating for 10 people,  a conference phone and web meeting capabilities.

Large Conference Room 

The larger multipurpose space has the option of 6 tables with power in the center section of each section and seating for 36.  There is a large boardroom type table with seating for 14.   The 6 tables can be removed but the large boardroom table is fixed in location.

A small Podium/Lecturn has an HDMI input and there are 3 dropdown screens and one fixed screen.  There are also blackout shades that can be lowered for daytime presentations.

There are additional chairs for a seating total of 64.   The maximum occupancy is 147 people.
