Mountain Regional Water - Contract/Technical Specs - Electrical Equipment Procurement

The Mountain Regional Water Special Service District (District) will accept Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified and licensed General Contractors and Electrical Contractors interested in bidding on the Signal Hill Water Treatment Plant Optimization Project. Project construction bids will only be accepted from those Contractors who have been pre-qualified by the District. No other General Contractors or Electrical Contractors will be eligible to bid on this Project. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain SOQs from General and Electrical Contractors and to pre-qualify bidders for this work. The District intends to pre-qualify electrical subcontractors or electricians who will also be required to prepare and submit a similar SOQ to the District. This document sets forth the minimum acceptable requirements for SOQs from General Contractors and Electrical Contractors, hereafter referred to as Contractors.  See full document below.
